Sync Printful products with Webflow CMS (via Byteline)

Overview

Using Byteline (one of our preferred integration partners), you can easily keep Webflow CMS synced with Printful products. Any modifications, additions, or removals made in Printful will automatically sync with Webflow CMS.

Connect Apps

   In Byteline, click Create sync.

   For the first app, select Printful.

   Click the Sign in button.

   In the popup, log in to Printful (if not logged in already).

   Choose Printful store.

   Click the Authorize button (close window when prompted).

   Choose Product for the data type select field.

   For the second app, select Webflow.

   Click the Sign in button.

    In the popup, log in to Webflow (if not logged in already).

    Choose Webflow site or workspace.

    Click the Authorize button (close window when prompted).

    Choose CMS Collection for the data type select field.

    Choose Webflow site.

    Click Continue button.

Map Tables

Byteline will automatically map tables for you. Generally, no changes will be needed, but it's worth confirming the following table mappings are in place:

   Map Printful Products to Webflow CMS Products (your CMS collection might be named differently).

   Ensure one-way sync is enabled (Sync from Printful to Webflow).

   Map Printful Product Variant to Webflow CMS Variants (your CMS collection might be named differently).

   Ensure one-way sync is enabled (Sync from Printful to Webflow).

   Click the Continue button.

Configure Sync Data Options

Before syncing Printful products to Webflow CMS, you'll need to specify which data you want to sync.

• Existing Data and Future Changes (Recommended) - Import existing data and continuously sync records based on changes going forward.

• Existing Data Only - Perform a one-time import of existing data, with no further updates.

• Future Changes Only - Monitors your entire dataset, applying changes only from this point forward.

Map Fields

Byteline will automatically map fields for you. Generally, no changes will be needed, but it's worth reviewing to confirm everything looks correct. Feel free to modify as needed. Also, you can always come back to this page and make any needed field mapping adjustments.

Start Sync

Once everything has been configured and looks correct, click on the Start Sync button. Depending on your sync settings, Byteline will sync any Printful product modifications, additions, and removals with Webflow CMS.
